I love technology, especially when it relates to real estate. Recently, Google announced "Project Sunroof", whose main purpose is to help homeowners determine how much they might save from installing solar. Now, google has announced a deal with Aclima, a San Francisco company that builds air pollution sensors, to put these sensors on the Google Street View cars. The goal is to be able to check pollution levels anywhere. I wonder if this will have an impact on the demand for housing in certain neighborhoods of the Bay Area?
